Consumers make the market and blu-ray has the support just like VHS did when beta-max came out. If anything HD-DVD is the next betamax because of it lack of studio support.

A duel layered DVD9 with Procedural Synthesis is E-nuff for gaming unless you want to watch an hours worth of CGI cut scens every 20 minutes. I just picked up Oblivion and it took me more than an hour; riding a horse from one end to the middle of the province. What do Sony fans want to change these charectors clothes every day of the week.

Coded Arms looks like an PS2 game with upgraded graphics. Only a fanboy would say otherwise. But i do think PS3 will finally have stable maps compared to the PS2 and PS1, so that's a plus.
Don't think so but if i decide to get an HD-DVD add-on i will shell out the extra cash, if i don't buy the high grade stand-alone for $500
